Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process
JOURNAL OF EMERGING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES
JEET applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure an objective, fair, and transparent evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Each manuscript is first evaluated by the Editor through an initial editorial screening to assess its suitability with the journal's scope, compliance with the manuscript guidelines, completeness, ethical considerations, and overall academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be rejected at this stage.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, relevance, methodology, technical or scientific quality, results, discussion, references, and overall contribution to the field.
- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
Reviewers provide constructive comments and recommend one of the above decisions. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor or Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' recommendations and the overall quality of the manuscript.
When reviewers provide substantially different recommendations, the Editor may request an additional review or conduct further evaluation. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further assessment, particularly when major revisions are required.
Authors are expected to respond to reviewer comments clearly and provide a revised manuscript within the specified revision period. The Editor reserves the right to reject a manuscript at any stage if serious academic, ethical, or publication-related concerns are identified.
All participants in the review process are expected to maintain confidentiality, objectivity, and academic integrity.
